The Journey
At Glorious Builders, your journey with us is a meticulously crafted experience tailored to your unique vision. It all begins with an initial consultation, which is entirely free of charge. During this consultation, we attentively listen to your needs and goals.
If you're starting from scratch, we have long-established trusted partnerships with quality planning consultants, architects, engineers, and interior designers ensuring the early stages of your journey start right. Following the consultation, we provide a preliminary quote to give you an initial overview of the project scope. Importantly, we understand the significance of your decision, and we offer you the time and space you need to decide. We encourage you to conduct your due diligence, not only on us but on other construction firms as well. Our goal is to ensure you have full confidence in your choice.
Moreover, your peace of mind is our priority. We are fully insured, providing additional security for your project. To make your journey even more convenient, we offer free consultations throughout the project. This means that anytime you have questions or need guidance, our team is here to assist you, at no additional cost.
When you're ready to proceed, we move forward with detailed planning, breaking down the project into individual task jobs in a comprehensive quote. This comprehensive quote ensures you have a clear understanding of what you're investing in. Regarding payments, we believe in transparency. The only upfront payments we require are for bespoke made to measure items that need to be ordered in advance. We invoice every two weeks, only for the work that has been completed up to that invoice date along with a valuation sheet detailing progress against budget, giving you control over your budget and insight into the project's progress.
Additionally, we stand by our work with confidence. We offer a 6-year warranty on all electrical work and a 6-year statutory warranty with an option to purchase a 10 year insurance backed guarantee on all building works completed by Glorious Builders. Throughout the journey, we maintain open and transparent communication, keeping you informed about progress and timelines. Our skilled craftsmen bring your project to life with precision and quality. Your vision becomes a reality, made possible through our dedication.
